How do I find what SIs have been made under an Act?

Hard copy sources

·        Halsbury’s Statutes — the enabled orders are referred to in the footnotes to each section of the Act

·        Current Law Citators — from 1947 onwards — details of the enabled SIs can be found under the entry for the Act

Subscription based databases

·        Lawtel — in the Statutory Law database, the Statutory Status Table gives links to the enabled SIs

·        LexisNexis Professional — the notes that accompany the text of the Act give details of SIs made under the Act

·        Westlaw — for each Act details are given of  SIs made under it
