Current Law Cases

Summaries of case law, including newspaper law reports. Coverage 1947 to 2002.

Legal and Regulatory Developments Index

Indexes and abstracts newspaper articles, press releases, UK official publications, Statutory Instruments (including Scottish), Northern Ireland Statutory Rules, progress of Bills, European Commission documents (COMDOCS) and practice directions.  Coverage 1994 to 2002.

Legal Journals Index

An index with abstracts of UK and EC journal articles including case comments. Coverage 1986 to 2002.

Internet access to these databases is available for members of the Inner Temple. License restrictions limit us to one simultaneous user.

Information from 2003 onwards is available on the CLI web site only. Enquiry Point staff will be happy to search the database for current references for members of the Inner Temple who are not able to use the Library in person.
