Christmas Opening Hours
The Library will close for Christmas at 2.00pm on Monday 21 December and reopen at 10.00am on Monday 4 January 2021. This calendar gives the opening hours of all four Inn Libraries over the Christmas vacation.

Library Newsletter Issue 62 – November 2020
In the November issue our new Librarian introduces himself and the outgoing Librarian offers a valedictory retrospective. The issue also contains reports on recent induction/training events for the benefit of new students and pupils, and on Library activities during lockdown, and features on law-related TV broadcasts (fiction and non-fiction) and on new acquisitions.

ICLR Online – Free Remote Access Extended
The Incorporated Council of Law Reporting is extending its free access to ICLR Online up to 31 January 2021 to members of the four Inns who are practising barristers based in the UK.
If you are a practising barrister and would like to take advantage of the ICLR offer, please click on this link. This will take you to an online landing page with explanatory material and a form to complete to request remote access.
The Library Remains Open
The Library will continue to open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, whilst also delivering a free document supply service from 9am to 5pm. Please see our Library Services and Covid-19 page for more details.

The Inner Temple Library will be open from Monday to Friday during September. Our opening hours will be 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Please book a seat here.
New Librarian
Margaret Clay, who has been Librarian and Keeper of Manuscripts since 1991, retired at the end of July. Her successor is Robert Hodgson, who is currently Law Librarian at City University. He will be joining the Inn in November.
